If they rounded the head off trying to remove it at some point I doubt you'll be able to remove it with a screw driver..
If you can get at it nicely from the bottom (I thought it was behind the corner web somewhat....Might be better to carefully drill out the center of the bolt from the bottom or top (center punch a real good mark into the center of the bolt and start small, maybe 1/8" drill and then open it up a little more using several drill sizes. Stay a little smaller than the tap-size of the original bolts (check against the ones you did get out, I forget what size they are, 5/18?

Anyway after a few steps you'll have weakened the bolt, added some heat and vibration and you should/may be able to get it out without screwing up the hole threads.

If not, drilling it and putting in an oversize threaded insert is an option as well as the nut bolt option, one of mine was like that when I bought it.

Cut the end of the bolt off from the bottom and drill it out from that side. You might get lucky and the drill bit will spin the bolt out while you're drilling it. If not, drill until the head comes off and re-tap the threads. If it gets too large, Heli-coil.

You can drill through the bolt to weaken it but before I took the size out far enough to damage the threads I would try driving a metric socket onto the rounded head to see if it will give you enough grip to undo the bolt.
