the end of that yoke has worn away and the C clip has fallen off so there's nothing stopping that yoke from trying to come out .
The fix , remove the whole differential , take the back cover plate off ,then explore to see just how badly worn the centre shaft is (that's the shaft that both the yokes back onto .)
minimum is probably buying two new yokes ,but that depends on what you see inside that diff.
those yokes could have worn into the diff housing as well , seems to be diff oil all over ,hard to tell if its a front pinion seal leak just been blown over the whole thing .
