Help!
So I drive a 1974 corvette stingray . I bought it a month ago and have replace the entire cooling system ( water pump, radiator , thermostat, heater core , and fan clutch ) and it runs great . One issue that has bothered me for a while is the front bumper. When I bought the car, it looked off and I have not messed with it . Do I need to go to a body shop, or can I fix it myself?

I'll jump in and say that it looks like someone had a hard time installing the bolts/nuts that hold the rubber front to the body. It's not fun but obviously it can be done 
I have the same aftermarket rims on my '79.
