I'm not sure what you're asking. The radiator support was installed at the time of blackout (without the radiator). It's not likely anything in front of the radiator support got much blackout.

Hi EC34,
The headlight frame support was painted black before it was bonded in place.
Because of the way the lip of the surround overhangs the rear edge of the bracket it stayed pretty much black.
