Power Steering Pump Pulley Removal
Hello all:
I have my pump out of the reservoir and am ready to pull the pulley. I borrowed a pulley puller from advanced. As far as I'm aware the 3/8" hex bolt needs to be removed before the pulley can be pulled...now is this a left or right-hand thread? Also, any tips on holding the pulley/pump steady while I try to get the bolt out? It's stuck in there pretty good!
Thanks,
Riley

Not sure what year you have but...
Regular Thread
You can wrap an old v-belt around the pulley and hold it tight while turning the nut. Usually I use an air-gun and just blip it a few times and it'll normally come right off
If it's a cast pulley don't put it in the vise or pry on it as they are easy to break

Nope, still standard thread.
The shaft is tapered rather than keyed as they are on the earlier ones.
