78 No turn signals
New Brake light switch
Brake lights work fine
Hazards work fine
All the bulb blink and marker lights work
Turn signal switch in the column?
I tried a new flasher

LED bulbs? If so, you might need to swap the direction current flows through the (LED) flasher relay.
I had a broken ground lead inside a rear bulb socket. I replaced all of the sockets, and that fixed a similar problem.

It would be a good idea to check for power on the harmonica connector before considering a new turn signal switch. Pretty easy to check for power at the supply line, and power out on the turn signal wires. Nothing needs to be unplugged, the pins in the plug are reachable with the test leads.

Update and need some advise
Hazards work - all the bulbs flash
Hazard flasher in the fuse box on the firewall works fine
Turn signals do not work
Anti theft does not work
Flasher in the center console replaced with a known good one
Does the anti theft work with the turn signals?
Do I need I new anti theft switch/relay
I will start testing power

also with the anti theft relay
I ordered a new relay
Hope that fixes the issue

So ......
Peterbuilt and DUB are correct
The t signal flasher is under the glove box
So.... I reach up and pull the wiring down
The pink and purple wire are taped to an Orange box
and guess what......
There is no flasher in the pigtail
WTH
Just a reminder to check the simple things and I learned there are three flashers in the car
1 for the hazards in the fuse box on the firewall
1 for the anti theft in the center console
1 for the t signals

Now - next task - fix the anti theft and off to Indy we go
