Window pressure adjuster thingy

Default Window pressure adjuster thingy
The windows have these two adjuster things at the top, they press against the window and have some sorta soft material on them. What are they called and where can I get some?

They are called window anti-rattle bumpers. Pretty much any of the major vendors sell them.

Willcox calls them door window adjuster pads.
