The dying process was very very easy!
Simple green with a grey Scotch Brite Pad
Wash with SEM soap with a grey Scotch Brite Pad
SEM panel prep the night before
SEM panel prep with gloves just beforw
SEM XXX Adhesion Promotor and 5 minute flash
SEM XXX Adhesion Promotor and sat for 15 minutes
Light Coat of dye and sat for 30 minutes
Thicker coat of dye

22 days after sending her off she is back! Wow! She looks awesome in natural light!

Time to tackle this beast... We started today by removing wires that have been left behind. We are also fixing wires that were poorly spliced, and doing it right.
Steering column needed some love
Both seats completed!
Dash components assembled as well as the rear storage compartment.

Long day today! Dreaded the left dash pad and it was a pain! Ended up proving that we are smarter than the machine.
Neighbor and GM engineer helping out fixxing issues from previous work or brittle wires. We started with this, this morning...
Rear bulkhead carpet test fit..
Left side dashpad in-place, this wasn’t fun! Tips: read the Willcox how to! Disconnect the wiring harness from the column. Disconnect the tach and speedo.
Rear carpet installed. This is the ACC carpet, and the molded carpet was molded in the wrong places, it seemed. Took a while to convince it was wrong.
Front carpets being test fitted...
Parking brake console installed along with shifter console. Note the wrong color on the Parkin brake console. Vendor was notified and will be corrected.
