Hi and Welcome!
What year is your Corvette?
A description of the problem will help with the diagnosis.

1979 . The problem I'm having is the drivers window switch only works one way. To Get the window up and down the wires at the motor have to be reversed. I thought it was the switch. But I hooked the passenger switch. To the drivers plug and it does the same thing. And both switch's will opperate the passenger window just fine . I'm lost

Sounds like you have a broken wire going from the switch to the motor.

I agree.
The wires can break inside the rubber conduit from the body to the door.
Test for continuity from the switch to the motor connection.

Would you have any idea if two wires (not the power wire) are continuous or do they run thru other stuff

One continuous wire.
Take the sill plate off and the lower left kick panel and with the PW motor wires disconnected pull the wire forward and solder the break.

I had a terminal corrode at the motor itself FYI, it was fine once I pulled it and cleaned it

Thank you all for the advice. I found the break in the line just inside the kick panel. Thanks again.
