Dare I say it? I don't have a preference because I don't like Rally wheels or Torq Thrust Ds. Rallys are heavy steel, and only look right on chrome bumper cars of the 60s. Torq Thrust Ds scream to everyone "Warning, this Mustang will swap ends and crash in a ditch while leaving Cars and Coffee!".
YJ8 or N90 wheels are the right choice for a vinyl bumper C3, even if they didn't exist until 1976. (Image ruthlessly stolen from this forum, via Google, https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...um-wheels.html)

Picture #2. It's not like it can't be undone if at some point you or the next owner changes their mind.

TT2's in 17" I take it? by far the better look IMO. I was thinking of doing the same, ours is ontario orange and chrome just nails the look, better than polished alloy. With your silver you they would both look Kool in chrome or polished alloy
