Found this things in my parts bin. Looked up part numbers and got nothing.

Look like the side vent close outs for the 1968-1969 front fenders where the last vent is blocked off.

I also thought they were close out vents. Searched ecklers and got nothing. Previous owner also had installed recessed headlights.

Here’s a size comparison:
