Access to VIR from underneath car

Default Access to VIR from underneath car
I’m replacing my VIR on my ‘76 with a new VIR Eliminator kit. Can I access the VIR from the bottom of the car, from underneath?

Yes. The single screw that holds the VIR in the round clamp is best reachedfrom below. The lines can be reached from up top.

They can be reached from above. But, can they be LOOSENED and removed???

Yes, of course they can. I just did them in my '73 when I installed the VIR eliminator.
