Thought time would never come
I used my homemade gantry cranes with a cumalong on all four points of lift. This made it also easier to adjust shims at each point.
For those wondering about lift height required, this height clears with air cleaner on the engine:

Well done!
I constructed the gantry cranes out of 2" x 1/4" and 2-1/2" x 1/4" square tubing. I constructed each crane such that I can disassemble each by removing 5/8" bolts.
The upper cross bar (2" tube) bolts into the two legs which have a welded 90 degree (2-1/2" tube) which gives adjustment width-wise. The long legs you see and T-base are made of 2-1/2" tube and they are mated by 2" tube which goes inside of them with 5/8" bolts. I drilled several holes for adjustment on the legs so you can vary the height depending upon the ceiling height. The straps and cumalongs were picked up at a tractor farm store. Even the U-shaped hooks that hooked onto the vette were removed from longer trailer tie-down straps (no need to buy special purpose straps that can't be used in the future). The picture below shows more of each leg (sorry for the bright light).
