Hey everyone,
so sadly I think my project needs to find a new home as I don’t have the time or money to put into bringing this beautiful car back to life. I currently have it up for sale, but have been thinking lately if there are some good places to donate the car to in Connecticut. I’d like to donate it to a place where kids can learn to work on cars and bring it back to life. Anyone know of places like this? Any info would be appreciated.
I would check with your local high schools and see if they still have a automotive repair class. I would imagine a teenager working on a Vette would really make their day.
CT trade schools would be happy to take it on. They may even to it for you. Tell them your story you may be surprised if you are interested. I know for a fact they have a great automotive department and beautiful shops with all the equipment needed. You could and ask to be connected with the department director.
