Missing vent cover

The wording came up missing from my post....I was saying that while dash removed to replace brake booster (long story) discovered some broken and missing things back there. One small thing, cover was missing from air duct and completely covered up with tape. Could have ordered new one and waited couple weeks for it to show up, but with old jar lid hanging around why bother...Hey the thing is out of sight anyway and now passenger will be able to share the cool or warm air.
