Default Crap Senior Moment Strikes

I’m priming some hardware but for the life of me
I do not remember where this peice goes.
Please would some one remind me. Thank you

bottom of steering column in engine compartment

You should also have a carriage bolt to hold it in with the two nuts. I would also clean off the primer on the threads of the stud you primed or you may regret it and snap if off if the nut locks onto it while tightening. The nuts should be flange nut.
