I am certain many of my fellow C3 owners have had the same problem and I am hoping someone has come up with a suitable repair. I removed the gauge cluster in order to install new clock and ready to reinstall the cluster. My problem is the two screw holes on the left and right side lower dash that attach the cluster to the dash are stripped out. I thought about filling the screw holes with jb weld or some sort of epoxy and then tapping for the screws but not sure that would work. Hoping someone can help.

There are two different epoxy glues that will work, one is called "Plastic Fusion", the other "Plastic Weld". Both are great for repairing stripped holes in the dash pads. You want to actually enlarge the hole first, then fill the hole and allow this stuff to dry. Place the dash bezel in position and mark the center point of the hole. You then drill it out and install a new screw. Just make sure not to drill through the other side of the dash and make sure you screw isn't too long either.
Plastic fusion is made for ABS plastic and works like a dream and you'll have no issues when done. I'm sure there are other ways, but this one seems to work best in my shop.
