Default 1971 Corvette LT1 War Bonnett Yellow

I was looking at 1971 LT1 on a website for a possible purchase.
Nice looking car from pics. I asked for frame pics and what was sent shows an apparent frame crack. The seller has the car on consignment and agreed after viewing the car 1st hand. The salesman stated they would pull the vette for that issue but it's still on their site. The entire frame to me is the basis for any car.

Been there. Was considering buying a C2, had it inspected up on a lift and the frame was like swiss cheese. Passed on it...

Car listed on ClassicCars.com.. Car is still listed with no mention of cracked frame. From one pic frame looks thin. It's a nice looking parts car taking into consideration of a frame replacement.

the crack is in the right upper spot with the door skin by it. That's in front of frame not back.

Corvette now listed on ebay, with a long paragraph covering their hind ends.
