I can't find anything on the spindle other than an "H" and "72B". The pics below are the only markings. It looks to me as it maybe a replacement part?
I have not received any responses on my previous post - so I have re-posted with pictures
I have pulled a few c3,s apart and none of those had a part number on them, the brake caliper mount plate and the dust shields do. I cant recall seeing any numbers cast into those pieces but they might have had them .I have a spare one in my parts shed so I can look tomorrow if it helps ?
Deb, I have GMT stamped and maybe a number on mine, picture won't load, go figure. 69-82 are the same. Don't believe anyone has remanufactured them from GM casting or everybody would have them instead of reconditioned. GM did change the steering knuckle design for power or manual by adding another hole with a plug in 70 I think to save a few dimes.
I'll post a picture ASAP if I can.
For judging NCRS they may be looking for a paint dab which was orange I believe.
You can see the markings on these from Ebay and scrolling see the knuckles alsohttps://www.ebay.com/itm/Corvette-Original-Front-Spindle-Steering-Knuckle-PAIR-1969-1982/202390275274?fits=Model%3ACorvette&hash= item2f1f6684ca:g:EmAAAOSwk3BbY0Ww:rk:25: pf:0

I think based upon these responses - and the fact that they were the same from 69 to 82 - I will stick with these. The knuckle and caliber bracket do have the correct numbers.
