Here is my experience, ,,, , i have a 75 convertible, mild 350, headers, 4spd, and have GM 69 side pipes, , they are not loud at all to me and my wife, , great sound on takeoff, easy conversation when at highway speeds, ( with top up or down,, it's down 99% of the time ) and at idle you know it's a Corvette!, ,. You should be more than happy with your choice

I ran a set on mine for a summer. They will custom make them how you want 2.0' or 2.5 inlets. I sold them to Rescue Rogers he is quite happy with them. I decided to go a different route and installed a set of Hookers on mine.
