Default Dark brown interior with black carpet?

I知 looking to break up the solid brown of my interior. Since a bunch of the trim is already black, I知 thinking about selectively making other pieces of the interior black.

Anyone have dark drown interior with or with black carpet?

Sorry. IMO, Brown and black don't go that well together. A better choice for you would be to go with a medium saddle tan carpet. Brown has yellow/red in it and is considered a "warm" color. Black is most definitely "cool" .

This is a pretty modern color scheme in newer luxury sports cars. A very euro look, imo. I love it. If I had Dark Saddle, I would 100% go this route with the black. But, Dark Brown... it's pretty darn dark. lol. I really wanna see it before I buy it.

I understand. The usual clothing rule is you never mix black and brown leather, although Black leather/brown cloth and visa versa is usually acceptable style. Dark brown may just be too dark to go with black though.

Thanks for your insight. I did preface my comments with "IMO"....and you haven't changed my opinion.

of course! The current thought is to swap carpet and emergency brake cover to black.

IMO, I would leave the seats brown and add a black accent into the doors. I like the color combo.

I just noticed that it is a black exterior as well. That would surely look awesome.

IMO, although it is not the best colored interior, it flows with itself. If it were my car, and I was going to change anything to black, I would have to change it all. But it is your car, whatever makes you happy with it is exactly what you should do.

The exterior is actually Night Race Blue from C7 corvette. It does look black in certain lights.

IMO, I would leave the seats brown and add a black accent into the doors. I like the color combo.
I was thinking of changing back to the C3 seats with two tone black with dark saddle inserts and I do think the door panels would look good with some black accents.

What does the Kalahari C7 carpet look like. Maybe go with a very dark brown/cocoa carpet color.

It does not look bad to me..the black contrast is more modern looking. I think I like it better than keeping the same brownish color all around.
