Quick decisions can be expensive as I`m learning. Can you tell what year this column is from

Any way this can be made to work in a 74 ?

Based on the levers I'm guessing older than 1980. My 80 doesn't have the twist **** lever with washer fluid.

Judging by the steering wheel it looks like a 77 to 82 column. Not sure if it would work on a 74.

I was afraid of that. After I bought it on line I copied the photo and blew it up and then I saw the turn signal and new I screwed up
