Does this sound like a good deal, or am I missing something because it is too good to be true? More strict on the corer quality maybe?

I wonder if those are Delco? In hindsight I should have bought a kit like this.

I must have timed a sale or something, but I got a similar kit at Zip, with rebuilt Delcos, O-rings (not lip seals), four hoses, and two lines, for $460-. It's a bit more now:

The "catch" is the core fee, which I was able to get back when I returned the cores. So the real "catch" is the shipping.

If you use lip seals, make sure your runout is in spec (you should do that either way, really).

we were just discussing this on another thread. You can get rebuilt SS rebuilds from Autozone with a lifetime warranty for $75 apiece and 30 dollar core. Thats $300 plus the $120 core and they are Delco Moraines.

The ones at Autozone are rebuilt Delco's but they are not SS sleeved. Same as NAPA you can buy them all day long and probably in stock at your local, but they are not SS sleeved and this is what makes the difference.
