I just replaced the carburetor and went for a spin for the first time this season. I noticed that when I’m traveling at 50 or above and hit the brakes, the car pulls hard to the right. Is my brake on the left not engaging?

 

That's correct. You need to find out why. Pistons not moving? Rubber hose line collapsed? Blockage somewhere between the master and the caliper?
