I can honestly say I never fixed one but those inside edges are gunna be tough
you might want to try small 1/4 round moulding and glass it in
I have fixed bubbles you might want to try a small medical syringe and use just Elmers (nothing expandable )
put a small bit in the syringe and inject it in then put it in a vise with a towel around it and lightly tighten it so its just snug
On my 73 console I tried the plastic jb weld for broken areas were the screws and metal plates were attached. I believe the part is some type of plastic. Most of the places didn’t hold to good, so I went back to the regular jb weld steel epoxy. Make sure to clean the area well. I let it set up about two days since the expoxy was on pretty thick.

I had good luck with jb weld two part plastic epoxy. Mine was cracked the full length of the console and the holes where the cover screws attach.
It's hard to clamp after gluing so I just put some big rubber bands around it and let it set for a day.
My console was broken on both side all the way front to back. I got epoxy in the twin syringe with the mixing nozzle you put on the end. I just went down the break filling it with epoxy and then used masking tape to hold it together at the width I wanted. Once set, it was a strong permanent fix.
I used two part 5 minute epoxy on a similar issue with my console. I only had a small crack on one side though. I took my dremel tool and used a sanding pad to clean up the area real good and cut a small "V" along the edge of the crack but not too deep. Make sure you don't go all the way through and ruin the outer finish. Setup a fixture to hold the console steady and in the proper position then applied the epoxy. Worked well.
