Default C3 Registry info

I just found my Vette on c3registry.com and got lots of good info on its history. Turns out the engine was rebuilt in 2009 or 2010 when it had 100,300 on it. It´s reported as being rebuilt to factory specs except the cam was replace with a L82 cam. I suspect this was done to improve performance. Transmission was taken out and serviced as well but doesn't give details. All the brake calipers were rebuilt, master cyclinder replaced and a new heater core installed. New exhaust system, shocks and lower ball joints replaced. There was work done on the vacuum system and says lots of the small parts replaced with documentation dating back to the original owner. All good news. The speedometer reads 007,076 now so only around 7000 miles since all the work was done. Someone asked me if it was a Dallas car and yes it was but its last home was in Allen Texas not far from the dealership I bought it from. I found the C3 Registry extremely helpful and giving me peace of mind on my purchase, thanks to this forum... Anyone know what kind of performance boost a L82 cam would make?

If you have the base 71 engine rated at 270 gross you might have 300 gross now.

Hi thanks for the info. I do have the stock 350 270hp motor... How do you think switching the cam out to the L82 will effect gas mileage?
