Default 1969 vacuum routing

I'm working through the installation of all the Vacuum lines on my 69 roadster, got most of it but I've got two questions:
the wiper solenoid behind the tach has three vacuum ports on it, all the info that I see shows that it only has two?
also the supply line to the heater control goes through the firewall and the Aim shows that it is teed into the wiper vac line, I did have it marked as going to a T but I have all the old tees as well as the new ones supplied by paragon, and this hose is very small and I can tell it was never stretched over the tee I show in the pic, just wondering if it goes somewhere else?

Metal port gets the vacuum source, comes from the "T" split on driver's side of the firewall. The plastic ports; 90 degree goes to the wiper arm safety valve, and the straight port is simply vented to atmosphere. New cars came with a "filter" also covering the open end.

You should also be good on the hvac connection.

Your tee for the heater controls is in the right spot but check your old tee fitting ,it should have a smaller connection for the heater controls compared to the straight through part .

Yellow stripe hose does not belong where you have it, that is a vent, should just have foam there.
