What goes here?

Hi Folks-
So I'm working on my 72 and trying to get it back together since much of the interior was in pieces when I bought it, and I may be missing a ton of items as well. Sure doesn't help that I know absolutely nothing about these cars, but I'm trying to learn quick. (lifetime Mopar guy, newbie Vette guy)
So there are two threaded holes in the floor, right next to the seat. It looks to me like I am missing some kind of bracket to maybe guide the seatbelt???
Any help appreciated, thanks!!!

There is also a plastic cover that went over the belt under the seat and over to cover those guides as well

Frequently removes and not replaced, at one time it was recommended to leave them off to help let the belts dry if / when they got wet

You may want to get the AIM Manual for 72, that has details on the parts/assemblies for your specific year. Good Luck and Remember you are having fun, Bubba has lots of relatives all over the country.
