hyper Tech Chip for 82 Corvette
A gentleman at a local car show suggested replacing the computer chip in my 1982 crossfire vette
with a hyper tech chip for better more reliable performance
can anybody chime in on this ?

I ran one in my 82 CE. The biggest thing I noticed was better shift points. I also switched to a 160* thermostat. Make sure you use proper ESD (electro-static discharge) procedures such as a ground strap before handling the chips.
