Looks like the connector for one of those annoying buzzers - seat belt and ignition key warning.

Do you have a 75 wiring diagram? If you can determine where those wires go it will be easy to figure out what it is...may even been on the diagram.
after some contemplation; I pulled out an ignition kill switch, part of an aftermarket alarm, the relay looked identical to that...but you really need the wiring diagram.
