I have a 69 427 390hp The vacumn fitting on intake manifold has 3 ports one for pb the other is for headlights and wiper door I don’t know what the other port is for. Thank you for any info Tony.

i think there are 2 vacs for headlights and wipers. small one goes thru dash to go to switches-relays. big one goes to vac tank for the higher flow needed for opening-closing actuators. kind of like a low amp wire activating the relay and a high amp wire powering the fans, lights,etc.

That is not a factory fitting either. Probably had one in the tool box and put it in and capped the unused one off.
