You can easily make your own. But, you must remember to put a "bulge" on the end of the hard line that connects to the rubber hose (so it can't slip off when clamped).
Also, you MUST use high pressure hydraulic hose; oil from the 'cooler out' line exits at around 100 psi. When oil is cold, those hose pieces might se 40-50 psi at times.
Most aftermarket vendors just sell the stuff supplied to them. Much of it is foreign-made. Rubber products are not something that they do well. All you need is a couple of short pieces of good hydraulic hose. Most 'good' auto parts stores can cut what you need off batch reels of hose.
Transmission Cooler hose is marked clearly "Trans Cooler". Don't let some parts store guy cut you a piece of hose and tell you it's ok for trans cooler. It's not. Vacuum/Fuel line won't stand the heat, oil, and pressure.
