"Lots of write-in votes for Torque Thrusts".
What about the polished torque thrust?
I wish someone manufactured a nice billet 17" Rally wheel.
I would run them on my 73. All the ones I've seen in 17" just look off.
They look "off" because as you "scale up" the Rally Wheel to a 17" diameter, the zone where the slots are gets proportionally larger. You then either leave the slots the same size, which would make them look "strangely small", or you scale them up, and they look "strangely large". We're used to seeing the Rally Wheel in a 15" size, with the details in those proportions.

Exactly why they all look off.
Maybe making the slots longer but narrower on the 17" would help.

I remember many years ago going to a car show and seeing the classic Cragar style wheel in a 17" and it just looked weird and clunky as the spokes got very wide where they met the rim. I don't think Cragar makes its SS style wheel in bigger than 15 inch any more though.

Did they stop making those? Like the previous posts, I don’t care for the “scaled up” versions of the Rallys or Cragars, they really look “off” to me, too.
I like the look of the Redlines and Ralleys myself. The cragars are cool but I tend to like the ralley wheels, very nice looking car.

I agree with the consensus here that the stock look is the best, which is probably why I went with the look for years at the beginning. I do enjoy the fun aspect of 2 different looks options though, just to keep it fresh.

I'm just assuming they stopped making them as I saw them for a couple of years 10-15 years ago and haven't seen them on a car since.

Yep; Definitely Stock Rallye wheels … and throw in a BB too …
