It looks good. Orange is a great color for C3s.

all new wiring needs to be installed in dash. A/c , New dist (chinese junk) align , new tires, etc...

Although I liked the "original" blue - just a bit partial I guess. How did you get the old blue to peel off in shavings like that? Almost looks like it was a "wrap".
Also - I see you've upgraded to 70+ seats with the integrated headrests.
You might want to also go for the aftermarket 3-point belt conversions to eliminate the T-Slot disconnect from the lap to the shoulder belt. Should make it more convenient to access the shoulder belt and avoid the need for the lap belt clip on the front of the cushion.
