Can I safely remove fuel line coming from the fuel pump without fuel coming out or maybe there are other things that can happen? Never done it before.
Are there other things I have to do before disconnecting it?
My intake is off and I want to have more clearance all around the valley when I'm putting on my new intake.
Make sure you put a wrench on the brass fitting while you try loosening the fuel line with a line wrench. If you don't you will snap off the brass fitting
That looks like the hardline to your carb. Why is the protective wire wrap all bunched up like that (if that's what it is)? I'd make sure you can back it off the fitting before attempting to wrench on it.
If your fuel pump has failed internally (you'd probably know if it has), there is a chance you could syphon your tank through the fuel pump, so have a pair of vice-grips ready to clamp the rubber "S" hose that pulls from your tank. You'll get some fuel out of the line when you disconnect it, of course, but it shouldn't be much.
Clamp the hose off, anyway. Why risk more than a bit of fuel coming out. Don't OVER-clamp the rubber hose or it could be damaged. Set it so it takes a 'good squeeze' to lock the pliers. Just don't set it so that you have to eat some spinach before you set the vise-grips....

You can get a set of inexpensive hose clamps from harbor fireight and clamp the rubber line. When you remove the hardline have a cup, can or small bucket because you will drain the fuel line from the carb down and some of the pump fuel will come out. Its enough to burn our eyes if your under it when you disconnect it and enough to make a mess and get your clothes wet and nasty

To be extra careful, you could also clamp the rubber fuel line coming out of the tank. If the rubber hose(s) are not rated for E fuel, now would be the time to change them for hoses rated for fuel injection and E fuel. Jerry
Maybe -- But you'll get some unwanted fuel leakage by the time you stick that bolt in a gushing, rubber fuel line. If the rubber line is old, hard/cracked, don't use the vise-grips......replace that line.

Clamp it.
Get a small set of "Line" aka Flare nut" wrenches for brake & fuel hardlines.
If you park the car nose-up on incline it 's less likely to siphon when changing out S-hoses.
Doubt there are Harbor Freight in Europe ... but I got a got a pair pliers at HF that are like vice grip but have two saddles on jaws ... made for clamping hoses.
I'm with d.d. on this one. I don't clamp ANY rubber hoses, new or old. Fuel line or brake line or heater hose. Never. Putting a clamp on a rubber hose has a name for it:
Its called distorting. Find a better way to block fluids.

... BUT our right rear caliper is leaking and nobody here's got a spare ... what DO we do????
... Oh shyt! ... what Now? we could just load up, go home & kiss points championship goodbye ...
... Dang! ... caliper's GM metric & Advance AP just six miles down the road ...
... but we can't get across track from pits for a minute or two ... Dang it!... we just don't have time before the main ...
... AND ... of course ... we should Never-ever clamp the hose off because the sky will fall ... right? ...
Aww ... fudge it!
Clamped that hose off with plain vise-grips ... no critters were hurt; not a single fussypuzzy! ... And ... ... with a good driver, we finished second in main.
