I have been converted

I posted this over in the C6 section but since I have been here for 20 years I thought I would share here also. Maybe I’m just getting a little older but if you have not driven a C6 or C7 or thought about an 8 these cars compared to a C3 are amazing. Yea I get the looks and all but the performance is leap years ahead.

Those Z06s are amazing!
But like you said, It's not just the power that impresses, I was awed by the overall smoothness and control of the car, especially at that power level.

Yeah, but nobody looks at my screaming yellow C6 Z06 and everybody looks at my 69. It's a different experience in each.

I got to see Gordon's Z06 in person and it is a gorgeous car. I remember discussions about driving my C-7 with Gordon and he thought is was nice but not his cup of tea, at that time. He found a cup of tea he likes now and I am glad to see that smile. Lots of power in this one, not your average Z06 already, but Gordon will make it better still.
