Not positive, but believe they are #10-32 (fine thread). They are fillister head with Phillips drive and are black oxide coated, then painted body color. I don't know where you can get them...except in 100 piece box from FastenAll. You can make them by buying oval-head #10-32 screws (Phillips drive) and grinding down the outside of the screw head to the diameter required. If you buy them in stainless steel, you could shoot some self-etching primer on the heads, then paint with body color.

They were unpainted black oxide. Everything else is correct.
I may have been the one to paint those screws body color. Now that I think about it, I thought the black screws looked pretty 'odd' with body color all around them. Think I painted them with the touch-up paint I had made up.
