Default Needing help please

Does anyone know where this orange wire belongs? This is a brand new wire harness and it’s the only one that doesn’t seem to have anything to connect to.

That orange single wire powers the delay timer it's connected to. There should be a blue plug at the end that lands at the fuse panel BAT socket.
