I've never had a problem with Q jet C3 ... but I KNOW effects vary from one region's gas to another's and between different engines/fuel systems.
I have had issues with small engines like briggs 4-stroke gen-set.
Use of fuel stabilizer certainly won't hurt ... when I do use it, I prefer Sta-Bil "blue" for Marine use.

yes it does I hate throwing money away on products and services not needed
For those of you that never have issues with "corn squeezin's" at winter storage, count your blessings. Your day will come.
Lucas Anti-Ethanol Safe Guard. Green plastic bottle, Walmart. Couple ounces in the tank, run it for 10 mins then winter storage.
I figure $9 a bottle is cheap insurance for not having to rebuild my Holley every spring. Fuel bowl corrosion, wonky floats, etc It used to get old. No more issues now.
I also add it to chainsaw fuel, snowblower gas, gas can, etc.

I get more free lawn mowers and snowblowers and chainsaws from guys that dont know how to use it or read directions. Thanks guys!!
I use it and never have a problem. I wish I had pics of my own lawn eguipement from when they first started using ethanol in the gas. I had lots of melted rubber hoses. zzi sholdnt have any issues in my car hose wisse but those tiny passages get gummed up quickly. Ild rather spend $5 bucks for the 7-8 months the car is down than have to tear down the carb in spring when I should be driving it. You'll spend $500 for the carb not not $5 bucks to keep it clean....
I use it in the corvette and all my outdoor power equipment and I don't even use ethanol fuel unless I cant find ethanol free gas. I had spring start up issues with the Harleys because of ethanol fuel and have used fuel saver in the gas and non ethanol gas ever since.no issues since.maybe that was just a bad batch of fuel who knows. its more of "peace of mind" thing for me and ive spent $10 on a lot of lesser important things!
saw this interesting video on fuel stabilizer effects over time.guy really tries here to produce an honest result.p.s. i do use sta bil but use my car year round when possible.also seems to work on my boat with twin carbs.
Never used any of that. Never stored my car. Put my car in the garage, shut it off and drove it once in awhile during the winter when the streets were clean. I never understood the whole storing it for the winter thing.

Some places the streets are never clean from November to April. That's why mine is stored. Never used stabilizer, though.
