with a Fiberoptic harness how do you determine which line is which. The wires are wrapped in tape and not marked.

This doesn't belong in "Ask Tadge". What year Corvette are you referring to? I assume a C3?

A 1970 C3. If it doesn't belong to Ask Tadge where does it? This is my first time using CorvetteForum and it might be my last/

What are you wanting to do? The front FO harness has six cables while the rear has three. The fronts should be in a connecter which mounts beneath the console.

Push come to shove, you can shine a light source through the cable one lamp at a time.

Tadge is a senior GM engineer currently involved with the C8.

Since you have a C3, your question should be in the C3 tech section.

Wish I could help, I've had my C3 2 years and they have never worked, but I really dont mind.
