I just got a bunch of new interior panels and the directions suggested putting some adhesive on the contact points where it Velcro's to the body. I'm assuming you want something semi-permanent and was curious what others have used that works.
I have used this for 30+ years. It also comes in black. But I find the yellow is stronger IMHO! Available at most any auto parts store for less than $10.00 usually. Good luck on your project!!
The Permatex equivalent is also good if you see that in the store ...and not the 3M.
Note: The key is to put a little on each surface and NOT glue the pieces together right away. Let them sit apart for a minute for the glue to 'tack-up', then adhere the two pieces together. Lot of guys not familiar ...make that mistake. It's on the directions but the process is unintuitive considering how most other glues work.
