Default Windshield pillar trim - interior

Has anybody had good results fitting reproduction windshield pillar trim?
Any experience with Al Knoch pillar trim?
Any others which fit correctly?
I hear there are some out there which are too straight, don't follow the pillar properly.

I got mine from Corvette Central and they were not shaped properly and the pop-on fasteners would not mesh with the stock fasteners on the pillar. I had to remove the fasteners on the 'original' trim pieces AND the new ones, and swap them so the fasteners would connect. I also had to bend the pieces so they were shaped properly.

I called C.C. about these issues....and they couldn't car less..

I believe that all these pillar pieces are mfgd by one source, no matter who you buy them from. (But, you should check on that to be sure.)

Once I did some DIY work on the repops, they have been OK since. P.S. I had to re-color the new repops so they would match the rest of the interior.

I believe that almost all the interior parts are made by Corvette America, except for specialty plastic / metal / emblem made by Trim Parts.

Al Knoch told me they manufacture their own pillar trim. Anyone had experience with their trim panels?
