Default questions for C3 experts

I have a 59 and having no luck finding a C2 street/track car bought a C3 convertible (72) + found enough parts to build another minimalistic C3 vert track car. So, my questions.
Windows - I have one that has "Astro" written and one that says "t-top" They look exactly the same shape, holes/placement. (see pic) So, what fits a 68-72 vert?

front suspension - Any difference between 68 and up to 82?

And last question regarding a C3 vert windshield/firewall section I have. The trans tunnel has a plate with what looks like a factory made missing area and depression in the tunnel too. What is this for/from? see pics below

I will be listing excess C3 parts from the build accumulation. I also have, for now many more in the future, about 200-300 68-82 items that I would like to sell as a batch (SF CA area), helping an estate where the Corvette owner recently passed away. Helpful suggestions welcome.

No Targa top glass , like you have there , will fit a convertible.
Convertible glass has an angled rear edge to fit the soft and hard top.
Astro ventilation sticker , well USA was in the space program big time, so a name to tie corvette to the astronaut program .
I think 77 they changed(removed) the rear vents on the deck area and stopped calling it astro ventilation , of course late 77 they went to a full bubble rear window.

Early C3 door glasses are marked Astro-Ventilation. Nothing should say "t-top". That said, coupe and convertible doors glasses a different. Your firewall section looks to have to brackets for under dash supports and console support.

Free unsolicited advice: purchase the 72 assembly instruction manual (AIM) and familiarize yourself with C3 assembly.

Good advice, above. A few $$ for the '72 AIM can save you 'big time' from making mistakes in your work.

Default questions for C3 3xperts

An AIM is a good suggestion if I had a dissembled 72 but I don't so please don't take this wrong. On one hand I have a rolling chassis with a body that only has doors and decklid, perfect for a road racer. The other side, which is the basis of my initial question, is that I will have another C3 vert carcass (future drag car) and a ton of duplicate C3 parts. 10 doors - many with guts, 12 door windows, 10 spindles, 3 radiator supports, 6 hoods, 14 front bumper brackets, 6 dash speedo/tach, 6 driveshafts and much much more. So, I want to keep just enough for one car and sell the rest. The trick is what to keep such as bazza77 helped me, it appears none of the glass will work, so sell.

When its time to pick the doors to keep , keep in mind the early C3 doors had no side protection , later ones did . Basically a heavy steel plate inside the door for your protection ! So I suppose its your choice to save weight or have that extra side intrusion protection .
