Default Replacing leather seats.

Getting ready to replace my '71 original leather/vinyl seats. Scouring the suppliers, I see prices varying 10% up or down. Are all of these manufactured by the same companies? Have you had any good or bad experiences? Comments? And yes, I staying with leather.

my 71 had a leather code interior with the comfort weave centers as from the factory. driver side had some tears and i didn't really care for the feel of the comfort weave. took them up to corvette america and left them install new foam and and leather covers. very happy with them.they look and feel nice. i was told corvette america supplies most of the vendors seat covers.

Being a 40 year interior guy, I prefer Al Knoch Interiors. They only sell what they make. Would also recommend a local trim shop to build seats,if you what the best look.

I second Al Knoch. Bought a set from corvette america and had to return them. My interior guy couldn't get them to look right. The Al Knoch skins look great.

I'll third Al Knoch. I did vinyl which I learned the hard way is harder to install. Wound up taking them to an interior shop to install. Leather covers have more stretch thus are easier to install.
