Looking for a set of good heads that will increase my horsepower on a stock small block with an L46 cam and a edelbrock performer intake. Other than that the motor is stock. Any suggestions on adding HP?

Aluminum cnc AFR 195's seem to be the go to. If you ever do other improvements you can grow into the heads and probably not out grow them. Remember the engine is an air pump, the more efficiently you can get the air in and out, the more power it will make. Hidden costs are a new ARP head bolt set, you may have to measure your pushrods to see if the length changes and whether or not you want to go to a 7/16 stud and rocker. Where you are currently, probably not but I wouuld. Because once you start down this road your not going to stop, so upgrade the bolt heads now because those roller rockers and roller cam are waiting for you
If the compression was not increased during the rebuild you will probably loose performance when you swapped to that cam on an L48. They feel a bit lazy without more squeeze.
If you do change the heads now you want to shoot for 10:1 compression ratio with that cam to work well. You will be OK with 10.4 with a modern design iron head combustion chamber but I would not go any higher.
