Default 69 Mystery Bracket
I'm finally getting around to rebuilding my headlight assemblies. This car was dissembled 20 years ago so I don't have a ton of memory on some of this stuff. There are flimsy Sheetmetal brackets on the side of each headlight assembly. They're mangled so I need new ones, but not 100% sure what they are. I ASSUME they're part of the parking light assemblies, but don't know for sure. Can someone have a look and fill me in?

Those are the inner grill brackets.

Ahhh. Yes. When I look up that part that is what they look like. Thanks jhuedc. WTH do they do since they're so flimsy?

Well, they do not need to do much as the grills are cheap lightweight plastic.
