Checking a car for a friend today.
He's going to look at a resto mod. $75000. He said the car is perfect. The one thing he told me is the engine was flooded with gas, I guess the electric pump didn't shut off. The owners says he shut it right away and changed the oil and it runs fine. I am sure the car is great i am just having second thoughts on the engine.

If it flooded enough to hydro-lock even one cylinder...

It would have to be an awfully special resto-mod to command $75K IMO.

Cool resto mod with a 1.4L turbo and battery assist. 22 inch spinners, and PVC solar t-tops.
That's perfect to me....but not worth more than $72K imo.

That post explains a $75k asking price?
