somewhere around 70K plus markup, delivery, sales tax, title, plates, insurance and depreciation per year will probably be 12K a year total cost...
I can buy, drive, then give away my 70 for free after 3 years and would lose about the same...
depends on what you like and what's it worth to you...
Agree...yeah the C8 "does so much more" but its an electronic nightmare in the making. BEt is a blast to drive. Like keeping them long term and the C3 is hard to beat on visual impact and that raw old car feel. No nannies, buttons on the steering wheel, screen on the dash distracting you. Have no use for any of that garbage.
Id rather spend 40k on a perfect like new C3 I could drive every single day than 60k plus on the latest tech.
I'm with you, wouldn't trade my C3 for the C8 or even a C2 for that matter.
I'm one of the few that I'm just not a fan of the C2's lines. I own a C3 because of the fantastic lines and curves , not because I had to settle or couldn't afford a C2.
With that said, the C8 is a fantastic car .
I completely agree with everything you said. I have a C3 because I think it looks the best
The C8's are fantastic machines, but 75K (minimum) plus tax and insurance would be a bit pricey - would rather put that into the retirement account.
Besides, my chrome bumper C3 convertible is becoming a rare beast anymore, so it garners a lot of stares.
