Default Another stuck door thread

Like the title says. Read tons on how to easily open your stuck c3 door to no avail. I can easily push down on the lever that supposed to open your door w/screwdriver to no avail. and all the rods are hooked and moving.Seems like the lock mech is jammed somehow on the striker. The door closed @1/8" more and looking down thru the door I can see the latch is in a diff location(further on) than the pass door.Is there some super secret way of dealing w/this?How can I get the door panel off so I can get access to the inside of door. HELP!! I'm tired of getting in like its the Batmobile!!Thanks

Just a rookie thought......the doors on my '68 have a 1' long wedge screwed to the door near the pawl, and another matching wedge screwed to the pillar. If the door closes inward too much those two wedges will "lock" against each other holding the door solidly closed.
Check your other door to see if it has the wedges installed on it similar to those below.

Okay this is now the right latch.

Top pictures screwdriver pointing the unlatch piece. The bottom pictures the angle the screwdriver has to be fed into from above to hit it. You have to sort of thread it behind the lock Rod coming from the inside door lock. The last pic and post 3 YouTube sort of see the window you have to thread the tool down through to get to the last point.

One more detail. It has to be unlocked. First pick you can see the door lock hanging off the side of the lock actuator. Second pic is up in the locked position. The window to feed tool through. You are going past the inside door lock lever. Bend a hook in a coat hanger. Hook it under and pull up on that lever.

If none of this works. I don't think taking off the door panel is going to help. And there's screws that you can't get to to remove the door panel until you get the door open. I had a neighbor offering me a couple of doors for free. No door panels. Door panels cost a lot more than doors. If you have to destroy something, cut a hole in the door skin near the door lock you can probably even repair it. Don't butcher a $450 door panel. oh. paint. ****.

If you have to destroy something to get in, don't ruin the body. It will never look right.
And guess which is easier to ship to your door? A heavy *** door or a light weight panel?
Guess which one is easier to install.
Inner door panels on Ebay and other places for $99 - $200. About any color / condition you want.
