72 Dash plug ID

Putting the dash back together on a 72 BB, have run into many missing parts but now I'm down to this plug? Can someone help ID it, can not find it in the wiring diagram I think it may be RELAY - PARK BRAKE / SEAT BELT WARNING but the colors nor the plug matches. The jumper looks original...

From: North of Toronto - Ontario

That's the TCS relay plug and with the BB it has the shorting bar installed (and that does) so it doesn't connect to anything on your car, just tucks up out of the way
